Nellie Leloa Phillips Williams, 82, Thomson, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on December 5, 2024.

She was born in Ellijay, Georgia on January 14, 1942, grew up in Dalton, Georgia and lived most of her adult life in Thomson, Georgia.  Nellie retired from carpet manufacturing as a tufting machine operator. She enjoyed fishing, camping, and outdoors and loved spending time with her family and friends.

Nellie is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Williams; her parents, Kimsey Phillips and Cordella Watkins Phillips and her children, Steve Leonard and Joyce Prince.  She is survived by her son, Rocky Williams (Melinda) of Thomson, Georgia; her brother, Wint Phillips (Joann) of Chatsworth, Georgia; her grandchildren, Marsha Leonard, Lindsey Leonard, Steven Leonard, Aaron Head, Michael Prince, Mykasha Williams, Taleatha Berry, Chris William and Mary Williams; her great grandchildren, Nebraska Silvers, Kansas Silvers, Walker Silvers, Amy Montgomery and Cash Leonard.
