Nell Palmer Meyer Homemaker Thomson, Ga. - Mrs. Nell Palmer Meyer, 86 entered into rest May 7, 2010 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of Arthur Ray Meyer for 65 years. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 AM, Tuesday, May 11, 2010 at the Queen of Angels Catholic Church with Father Bill Williams as celebrant. Interment will follow at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Meyer was a native of Thomson. She was the daughter of the late Robert Palmer and the late Marie Cox Palmer. Mrs. Meyer was a homemaker. She was also a member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church. Survivors include her husband, Arthur Ray Meyer; son, Tommy Meyer of Gainesville, GA; daughter, Patricia Meyer of Thomson, GA; brother, Gene Palmer; sisters, Alice P. Hammock, Myrtice P. Prevette, and Frances McMichael, all of Thomson, GA; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
