Mitchell Fain

Mr. Mitchell Fain, 74 of Fain Rd., Tignall entered into rest on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at Nancy Hart Nursing Home, Elberton.

Mr. Fain, son of the late Friskco and Nelda Scott Fain was born in Wilkes County on October 23, 1949. He resided in the Delhi- Beulah Communities of Wilkes County all of his life. When he was younger, he had farmed and worked in logging. He retired as a bulldozer operator for Echols Construction. His pastimes included watching Westerns and reading.

He is survived by his sisters, Jackie Echols of Crawfordville, Dianne Bufford of Tignall and Lisa Broome of Washington; brothers, Phillip Fain, Tony Fain and Randy Fain all of Washington; sisters-in-law, Elaine "Kitten" Fain and Charlotte Fain both of Tignall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, William Fain, Leonard Fain, Ronnie Fain, Barbara Ann Andrews, Leila Mae Bruce and Friskco A. Fain.

Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at 3pm in the Fain Cemetery, Tignall with Kyle Brown officiating.
