John Michael Hogan Thomson, GA - Mr. John Michael "Hogie" Hogan, 43 of Lee Street entered into rest May 26, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 28, 2011 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Melissa Weathers officating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Tommy Crafton, Jon Register, Mark Swann, Scott Huff, Coley Ard, Al Sikes, Stephen Swann and Shane Taylor. Mr. Hogan was a lifelong resident of Thomson, Georgia and was a 1985 graduate of Thomson High School. He has worked as a plumbing and drain technician for over 20 years. Mr. Hogan was also a member of Young Memorial United Methodist Church. Survivors include his mother, Linda Williams Hogan, Thomson, GA; brother, Winston A. Hogan, Jr. and wife, Teri, Evans, GA; sister, Kristie Hogan Price, Thomson, GA; grandmother, Sara Harper Williams, Thomson, GA; nephews and nieces, Wil Hogan, Kara Hogan, Lani Hogan, Kristen Price, Michael Price and Cody Luke; Love Z. Hogan, Thomson, GA. Mr. Hogan was preceded in death by his father, Winston A. Hogan, Sr. The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Friday, May 27, 2011 at the funeral home.
