Life Legacy

Mr, Michael T. Beggs, husband of Elaine S. Beggs, Aycock - Norman Road, died Saturday, April 3, 2010 at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, Georgia. Mr. Beggs a lifelong resident of Lincoln County, was the son of the late Omar and Cora Colvin Beggs. He was a 1970 graduate of Lincoln County High School and was retired from Clarks Hill Rentals. His memberships include the Lincoln County Historical Society and The Lutheran Church By The Lake where he had been a member of the Men in Missions. He is survived by his wife, Elaine Shaffer Beggs and three daughters, Emily, Anna and Jenny Beggs all of the home. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at 3 p.m. at The Lutheran Church by the Lake, in McCormick. Visitation will be held from 7pm-9pm on Monday evening at Beggs Funeral Home, 200 May Ave., Lincolnton, Ga. 30817 (706) 359-4117
