Melba R. Watson

Mrs. Melba Jean Gates Watson, 81 of Forest Lake Estates entered into rest on August 12 ^th at her residence.

Mrs. Watson, a native of Walnut Grove, Arkansas had lived in Lincoln County from 1994 up until 3 ½ years ago when she moved to Missouri. She returned to Lincoln County just recently. She was a member of Salem Baptist Church. Her husband, Joe Wallace Watson, preceded in her in death along with daughters, Janet Ann Watson and Christine Lloyd.

Paula Paradise, Lincolnton and Paulette Jean Blanton, Glendale, AZ

Brother: Floyd Gates, Fenton, MO

12 grandchildren

14 Great- grandchildren

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 17 ^th at 1:30 p.m. at Salem Baptist Church with Rev. Deryl Odom officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm on Friday at the funeral home.
