Master Thomas David Sisler

Thomas David Sisler was ours for 9 days. He was born on July 29, and died on August 7, held in the arms of his family, and received into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. He is survived by his Mom, Ivy Allen-Sisler, his Dad, Michael David Sisler, his grandparents, Charles Allen, William Rasco, Bonnie Sisler, and David Sisler, his Great Granny Babs, his Uncle Matt, Aunt Carey, Aunt Amy, Uncle Jack, Aunt Jennifer, Uncle David, Aunt Marilyn, Uncle Sam, Aunt Jennifer, Aunt Rana, Uncle Kyle, Aunt Cathy, his cousins Madison, Rachel Marie, Emma, Mayleigh, Luke, Mac, Rachel Bryn, Maggie, Atom, Lily, Jackson, and Gabe, and more precious friends than we can count, but to whom we are thankful for their prayers and their love. He was cared for by Dr. Jatinder Bhatia, and an incredible staff at GRU, and for their compassion and support, his family is grateful beyond words.  They cared for Thomas as if he were their own.  If you would like to make a contribution in Thomas's memory, kindly give a gift to Children's Hospital of Georgia, Attention: NICU, 1446 Harper Street, Augusta, GA 30912 A grave side service, led by Thomas's Pappy, will be held Sunday, August 10, at 2 p.m. at Macedonia United Methodist Church in Thomson, Georgia. We grieve, but not as those who have no hope.  Because of the resurrection of Jesus Christ, we will see Thomas again, and we will know him, and he will know us.
