Norwood, GA- Mrs. Mary Lois Johnson, 95, entered into rest March 11, 2015 at Gibson Health and Rehabilitation.
Mrs. Johnson was a lifelong resident of Warren County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late William Otto Cranford and the late Mary Ella Thompson  Cranford. Mrs. Johnson was retired from Thomas Textiles. She was member of Prospect United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Kaye Rogers and husband, Michael; grandchildren, Ricky McCord and wife, Stephanie and Kristi Hobbs and husband, Andy, Chris Rogers and wife, Leslie, Ashlee Akers and husband, Joey and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Wells Johnson.
F uneral services will be held at 11 o'clock a.m.,  Saturday, March 14, 2015 in the Chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Chip Cranford and Rev. Don Richards officiating. Interment will follow in the Scruggs Cemetery.
It is the family's desire that memorial contributions be made to Prospect United Methodist Church, c/o Sara Jackson, P. O. Box 205, Warrenton, GA 30828.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2015 at the funeral home.
Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Rd., Thomson, GA is in charge.
