Martha Gambrell

Mrs. Martha Harbert Gambrell, 70 of Lakeview Dr., entered into rest on Wednesday, March 25 ^th at her residence.

A native of Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of the late Roy G. and Delma Hall Harbert of Anderson, SC. She was retired from Hexcel- Schwebel Corporation, where she worked for 33 years. She enjoyed camping and fishing.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 27 ^th at 2 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Ellis Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Washington – Wilkes Memorial Gardens in Washington. The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm until 2:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home.

Daughter: Tammy and her husband, Tommy Land of Washington, Ga

Grandchildren: Jennifer and her husband, Jeremy Kelley of Gibson, Ga and Jamie and her husband, Timothy Alderman of Statesboro, Ga

Great- grandchildren: Emma Faith Kelley of Gibson, Ga

Step- daughters: Paula and her husband, Tyler Canfield of Abbeville, SC; Teresa and her husband, David Holbrooks of Fair Play, SC and Tonya Durham of Greenwood, SC

Step- grandchildren: SERE Specialist Instructor Adam and his wife, Nique Holbrooks of Spokane, WA, Private Nicholas Holbrooks of Colorado Springs, CO, Bailey Durham and Brett Durham of Greenwood, SC

Sisters: Gloria and her husband, Haskell Shiftlett and Joyce Galbert of Anderson, SC

Brothers: Glady Harbert and Roy Harbert, Jr. and his wife, Debbie of Anderson, SC

Brother-in-law: Bobby and his wife, Peggy Gambrell of Anderson, SC

Special friends: Larry and Faye Busby of Anderson, SC

Beloved dog: Smokey

Jeremy Kelley, Timothy Alderman, Roger Shiftlett, Adam Harbert, Robbie Warren, Stanley Metz and Branson Metz will serve as pallbearers.
