Mark Wayne Peavy

Mark Wayne Peavy, 56, of Leathersville Road, Lincolnton, passed away Sunday, July 22, 2018, at his residence.  Mr. Peavy was  a native of Augusta, but had lived in the Lincolnton area for the last 18 years.  He was of the Baptist faith and the owner of Peavy Construction Company.  His survivors are his mother, Therissa B. Peavy, Lincolnton, his wife, Corinne K. Peavy, Augusta, sons, Bradley (Cassie) Peavy, Lincolnton, Montana(Candice) Peavy, Lincolnton, Jesse Peavy, Bakersfield, CA., and step-son, Thatcher Otto, Bakersfield, CA., and daughter, Mina Peavy, Lincolnton.  He had three grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his father, James Otis Peavy.

A memorial graveside service is planned for Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 10 AM, at Hephzibah Baptist Church Cemetery with  Rev. Thomas Kalliokoski officiating.
