Mrs. Marion Paul

Mrs. Marion Standley Paul, 88 formerly of Forest Park, entered into rest on Saturday morning at Wills Memorial Hospital, Washington.

Visitation for Mrs. Paul will be held on Tuesday, December 30 ^th at 1 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home, Lincolnton  with a funeral service beginning at 2 p.m  with Rev. Lanis Lewis officiating

Following the funeral, Mrs. Paul's body will be cremated and her cremains will later be interred in the Lincolnton City Cemetery near her daughter, Gail, who passed away in the Fall of this year.

Mrs. Paul, a native of Wildwood, Florida, grew up in Florida and was once employed by the FBI in Washington, DC before moving to the Atlanta area over 60 years ago. She was retired from Zayre's as an office manager, attended Ash Street Baptist Church and was an active member of Beta Sigma Pi International Women's Social,  Cultural and Service Organization. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Gail Wingate; sisters, Iva Himelsbagh, and Virginia Powers.; and brother, Marion C. Standley.

Great- grandchildren: Zachary Wingate, Madison Wingate, Justin Morris, Taylor Paul, Peyton Paul, Russell E. Lane, Natalie Grace Lane, and Paul Joseph Lane, Jr.
