Marion F. Hunnicutt Thomson, GA- Mr. Marion F. "Sonny" Hunnicutt, 77, entered into rest Monday, February 24, 2014. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 26, 2014 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Farmer, Rev. Tim Ferrell and Robbie Dixon officiating. Interment will follow in the Gibson Church of God Cemetery. Mr. Hunnicutt was born in Gibson, GA and was the son of the late Rozier Hunnicutt and the late Malar Johnson Hunnicutt. He was retired as a exterminator. Mr. Hunnicutt was a member of the Thomson Church of God. Survivors include his beloved wife, Shirley Hunnicutt; daughters, Rhonda Branon (Freddie) and Judy Hanks both of Martinez; June D. Beggs (Ray); sons, Robbie Dixon and Sean Dixon both of Thomson; 10 grandchildren, Jeremy Branon, B. C. Wells, III, Jeffrey Branon, Bruce Dixon, Ben Dixon, Aaron Dixon, Ashlee Godbee Rowlen, Blake Godbee, Cail Dixon and Abbie Dixon and 6 great grandchildren, Owen Wells, Cadence Wells, Elliott Wells, Brentley Branon, Allee Washington and Rustin Washington. Memorials may be made to the Thomson Church of God. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at the funeral home. Beggs Funeral  Home, 799 Cobbham Rd. , Thomson, GA is in charge.
