Margaret Ann Wiley Thomson, Ga. - Mrs. Margaret Ann Kennedy Wiley, 77, of Ridge Road entered into rest February 6, 2010 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank Thomas Wiley, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Pacer Blevins officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: David Kennedy, Jon Kennedy, Dwight Kennedy, Chris Wiley, Brad Wiley, Carson Wiley, Ashton Wiley, Connor Hicks and Travis Pate. Mrs. Wiley was a native of Middleton, Tennessee but lived in Thomson, Georgia for many years. She was the daughter of the late William Carson Kennedy and the late Ruth Odell Cardwell Kennedy. Mrs. Wiley was a charter member of the Lincolnton Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Thomas Wiley, Jr., two sons, Duane Thomas Wiley and Don William Wiley, and a grandson, Nicholas Duane Wiley. Survivors include her son, Dr. Daryl Wiley and wife Laurie of Thomson, Georgia; daughters, Dayna W. Hicks and husband Paul of Cumming, Georgia and Detra W. Pate and husband Tony of Thomson, Georgia; brother, Travis Kennedy and wife Barbara of Middleton, Tennessee; daughter-in-law, Kathy Clements of Thomson, Georgia; grandchildren: Chris Wiley, Lisa Chester, Brad Wiley, Brooke Wiley, Carson Wiley, Ashton Wiley, Tiffany Pate, Connor Hicks, and Travis Pate; and great-grandchildren: Georgia Chester and Cameron Wiley. Friends may call at the Wiley residence, 1001 Ridge Road, Thomson, Georgia or visit from 6 until 9 pm Monday, February 8, 2010 at the funeral home.
