Lounette Peeler Reese

Mrs. Lounette Peeler Reese, 90 formerly of McCormick Hwy. , died Monday, July 16th at Doctors Hospital, Augusta. Funeral services will be held Wed., July 18th at 3 p.m. at Double Branches Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:30 p.m. until the hour of the service at the church. Mrs. Reese, daughter of the late Osto and Maggie Hastings Peeler, was a lifelong resident of Lincoln County, and was retired from Oxford Manufacturing as a seamstress. She was a member of Double Branches Baptist Church, Senior Adult Senior Class, and Lincoln County Historical Society. Survivors: Sisters-in-law: Marzee J. Peeler, Lincolnton Ann Peeler, Morganton, NC Numerous Nieces and Nephews
