LORENE REESE WISHAM LOVING DEVOTED MOTHER MRS. LORENE WISHAM, 92 of Gordon St. Thomson, GA entered into rest February 8, 2008 at Heartland Hospice. She was the beloved wife of the late Alvie "Bug" Wisham. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 10, 2008, at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jim Ramsey officiating. Interment will follow in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Matthew Caldwell, Bryan Murray, Trev Fullbright, Ronnie Bohler, Larry Murray, and Jack Myers, Jr. Mrs. Wisham was born in Glascock County but lived in McDuffie County since 1937. She was the daughter of the late Rev. Eulie Willis Reese and the late Nina Wilkens Reese. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Sunshine Sunday School Class, Young at Heart and the Sunshine Club. Survivors include: Daughters: Beverly W. Myers (Jack) - Valdosta, GA Norma W. Wall (Eddie) - Thomson, GA Grandchildren: Jack Myers, Jr. (Lisa), Trev Fullbright (Tana), Edie Murray (Bryan) Great-grandchildren: Taylor Carlton Murray, Hannah Elizabeth Murray Mrs. Wisham was preceded in death by her grandson Alvie Myers.
