Linda Johnson Vaughn Norwood, GA- Mrs. Linda Johnson Vaughn, 62, entered into rest September 26, 2010 at her residence. She was the beloved wife of James "Jim" Vaughn. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at Westview Cemetery in Augusta, Georgia with Rev. Mike Dann officiating. Mrs. Vaughn was a native of Augusta, Georgia and was the daughter of the late William Oliver Johnson, Sr. and the late Jewel Odom Johnson. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. Survivors include her husband, James "Jim" Vaughn, Norwood, GA; daughters, Kim Kaminer ( Edward), Rhonda Gibbs (Billy) and Connie Simerly all of Grovetown, GA; sons, Jamie Vaughn (Heather), Hephzibah, Daniel J. Vaughn (Gail), Hawaii; brothers, Oliver Johnson, Jr.(Robin), Jackson, SC, Richard Knapp (Lynn), Augusta, GA; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
