Kenneth Vernon Faglier, 74, Dearing, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on January 15, 2025.
He was born in Glascock County on October 29, 1950, and lived most of his life in McDuffie County. He was a carpenter with Carpenter Millwright Local Union 283. Kenneth was Baptist by faith and a member of Mt. Taber Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting fishing, feeding his birds, his pets Tink & Diesel, and loved spending time with his family and friends.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Cleon Faglier and Onida Smith; his brothers, W. J. Faglier, Cleon Faglier, Glen Faglier, Melvin Faglier and Wilbur Faglier; his sisters, Vera Maietta and Anne Klisavage. His survivors include his devoted wife of 37 years, Sharon Williams Faglier; his daughter, Melissa Norfleet; his sons, Brad Faglier (Paige), James "Hank" Claypool and Daniel Faglier (Crystal); his brother, Hoyt Faglier; his sister, Maureen Hattaway; his grandchildren, Ethan Norfleet, Alex Norfleet, Wyatt Faglier, Madison Faglier and Mikey Buzzell and aunts, uncles, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
His Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20, 2025 at Mt. Tabor Baptist Church, 739 US 78, Harlem, Georgia 30814, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. with his service, being officiated by Rev.
