Kathy Wise Radford, 68, Dearing, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on August 22, 2022.

Kathy was born in Augusta, Georgia on January 9, 1954, grew up in Augusta and moved to Dearing 22 years ago.  She worked in an administrative position at Augusta University for 34 years until her retirement.  Kathy was Baptist by faith.  She enjoyed watching baseball, football, Nascar and playing Bingo and loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren.

Kathy was preceded in death by her parents, Randolph Wise and Betty Cumbee Franks and her brother, Jeff Wise.  Her survivors include her beloved husband of 22 years, Tommy Radford; her daughter, Michelle Barnes (Jimmy) of Augusta and her son, Scott Allen Burnside (Shannon) of Augusta; her son, Dewayne Radford (Melaina) of Thomson; her daughters, Tammie Smith (Jon) and Tina Clark and Martie Ewest (Jimmy) of Dearing; her brothers, Mike Wise and Randy Wise of Augusta; her sister, Connie Brown of Hephzibah; her best friend, Shirley Hill and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Her Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 2022, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., at Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Rd., Thomson, Georgia, and her Funeral Service, being officiated by Rev. Tom Kalliokoski, will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2022, at at 3:30 p.m. in the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with the interment following at Savannah Valley Memorial Garden, Thomson, Georgia.
