Mrs. Kathryn Anne Leverett Dawkins Retired Leverett Insruance Agency LINCOLNTON, GA. Mrs. Kathryn Anne Leverett Dawkins, 580 Goshen Street, entered into rest Tuesday, March 11, 2008 at Wills Memorial Hospital, Washington, Ga. Mrs. Leverett, daughter of the late George Cleveland and Kate Chamberlain Leverett, was a native of Lincoln County. She was a member of Lincolnton United Methodist Church and was retired from the Leverett Insruance Agency. Funeral Services will be 2:00 p.m., Thursday, March 13, 2008 from the Lincolnton United Methodist Church with the Rev. Dave Hinson officiating. Burial will follow in the Goshen Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Robert Adams officiating. Serving as pallbearers are Danny Dawkins, David Dawkins, Ronnie Varner, George Leverett, III, Danny Aycock and Fred Scott. Survivors include two sons, Thomas Harold Dawkins, Jr. and wife Lee Ann, Fayetteville, TN, Steven Albert Dawkins, and wife Beth of Lincolnton, Ga.; a daughter Floydean D. Goldman, and husband Gene, Lincolnton, Ga. Additional survivors include seven grandchildren, Shane Dawkins, Lauren Northern, Kimberly Beggs, Russell Goldman, Austin Goldman, Katelyn Dawkins,and Lauren Schoenrock and four great grand children, Bentley Beggs, Blake Beggs, Branson Beggs and Brooklyn Dawkins. Mrs. Dawkins was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Harold Dawkins, Sr. Memorials may be made to Lincolnton United Methodist Church, Post Office Box 95, Lincolnton, Ga. The family will received friends at the residence and at Beggs Funeral Home from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 12, 2008.
