Julia Nell Barnes

Mrs. Barnes, daughter of the late Daniel L and Mary Elizabeth Davis Edwards, was a native of Crawfordville. She graduated from the Alexander Stephens Institute in 1957 and was a resident of Raytown for many years. She retired from Royal Manufacturing in Washington. In addition to her parents, she was preceded by her her husbands, David T. Moore in 1978, and Lloyd Allen Barnes in 2001, son, Henry Daniel Moore; brothers, John Lee Edwards, and William Daniel Edwards; sister, Mary Edwards Dingler. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Moore Clark and husband David of Washington, and Mildred Ann Moore Dove and husband Lem of Tignall; son, Terry David Moore of Washington; sisters, Eula Mae Mobley of Washington and Priscilla Dingler and husband Edward of Union Point; brother, Henry Edwards of Union Point ; 13 grandchildren and numerous great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends; caregivers Ruby Booth and Sylvia Barnes.
