Judie B. (Nonnemacher) Goff

Mrs. Judie B. Goff, wife of M. Belton Goff, of Pierce Rd. entered into rest on Tuesday, July 1 ^st at Self Regional Medical Center, Greenwood .

She will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held on Thursday, July 3 ^rd at 11 a.m. at McCormick First Baptist Church with Rev. Gary DeBerry officiating.

Judie Goff graduated from Penn State University with a master's degree in social work. After moving to McCormick, SC for a job, she met the love of her life, Belton Goff. They were married February 14 1996. She has seven granddaughters and three grandsons. Grandma loved the beach, as anyone close can tell you shed stay on the beach all night. She was a dolphin at heart. She was always the life of the party--whether playing cards, building puzzles, or just enjoying each other's company. She had the loudest cheers at any event. No matter what, though, Judie was dedicated to her family and friends. She was assertive and persistent in getting what she wanted. But her greatest joy was making others around her happy. She kept the post office in business as she never missed a birthday or Holiday card. Above all, Judie instilled in us all what it means to love

unconditionally, to keep fighting, and to trust in the lord that everything is going to be okay.

Though she may not be with us today, we all know she found her beach and she sits, watching the sunset and waiting for us all to join her in eternity.

She was preceded in death by three siblings, Billy Nonnemacher, Barry Nonnemacher, and Gary Nonnemacher.
