Josephine (Wilson) Commissiong

Mrs. Josephine Wilson Commissiong, 84, of New Petersburg Road, Lincolnton, Georgia, passsed into eternal life on March 1, 2022, at her residence.  No service is planned at this time.

Mrs. Commissiong was born in Hancock County, Georgia on October 29, 1937, to the late Jesse and Lucille Clayton Wilson.  Her career was in education and she was an artist, as well.  She loved coaching girls softball.  They have lived all over the USA but settled in Lincolnton around 20 years ago.

Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Ruth Ann Wilson, and brother, Ed Wilson and is survived by her husband, Carl Commissiong, sons, Carl Commissiong Jr. and Chad Pratt and brother, Elliott Wilson.
