Thomson, Georgia- Mr. Joseph Higdon, 61, of Star Hinson Rd. entered into rest May 13, 2017.
Mr. Higdon was a 1974 graduate of Thomson High School, and a 1998 graduate of the University of West Alabama. He served in the U. S. Army during Vietnam as a paratrooper, and was the owner of Joey's Bait-Tackle and Pub.
Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
