Johnny Irby North Augusta, SC - Mr. Johnny Irby, 79 entered into rest February 15, 2011. Funeral services will be held at 2 P.M., Saturday, February 19, 2011 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Butch Baston officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery in Glascock County, GA. Mr. Irby was a born in Glascock County, Georgia. He was the son of the late Lowe Irby and the late Susie Bales Irby. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran and worked with Civil Service at Ft. Gordon. Survivors include: brother; J. T. Irby of Thomson, GA; sisters; Mattie Irby Black of Gibson, GA and Lucille Irby Edmonds of Bradenton, FL. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
