Johnny Houston Evans

Mr. Johnny Houston Evans, 67, Thomson, Georgia, entered into rest on September 24, 2021.

Johnny was born in Saint Louis, Missouri on May 14, 1954. He loved race cars, motorcycles, sci-fi movies, electronics and especially loved his family and friends. He was a member of Fort Creek Baptist Church where he served as security on the church grounds.

Mr. Evans is preceded in death by his parents, Johnny O'Neal and Maxine Evans; a brother, Jimmy Evans; and a sister, Janet Evans. He is survived by his daughter, Sarah Hoffman (Jason); and his cousins, Mary Wells, Houston Evans and Jeanette Mullins.

Mr. Evans' funeral service will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home Chapel, 799 Cobbham Road, Thomson, Georgia with visitation being held at 1:00 p.m., one hour before the service at Beggs Funeral Home.
