JOHNNIE S. TYNER Mrs. Johnnie S. Tyner of Augusta,GA and formerly of Columbia, SC. entered into rest June 10, 2008 at Heartland Hospice in Conyers, GA . She was the beloved wife of the late Ernest C. Tyner. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 14, 2008 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ray Hope officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove Baptist Cemetery in Avera, GA . Pallbearers will be: Jim Overton, Hilton "Flip" Timmons, Victor Raley, Al Wheeler, Barry Allen , Billy Dye, Aubrey "Fuzzy" Garner Mrs. Tyner was a native of Jefferson County,GA and was the daughter of the late William L. Sheppard and the late Clara Hadden Sheppard. She was a member of North Trenholm Baptist Church in Columbia,SC. Survivors include: Daughter: Kay Tyner Clark - Stone Mountain,GA Grandaughter: Lisbeth Rhine Anderson and her husband Tinley - Atlanta,GA Sisters: Ethel S. Giles- Augusta,GA and Evelyn Faglier ( Harold) - Warrenton,GA, Brothers: Hadden Sheppard (Lulah) - Augusta,GA Harold Sheppard ( Johnna)- Augusta,GA She was also survived by many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Pleasant Grove Baptist Cemetery.
