Warrenton, GA- Mr. John Winston "Johnny" Pickrell, 72, of Camak Rd. entered into rest December 29, 2013.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, January 2, 2014 at the Millcreek Baptist Church Cemetery in Glascock County.

Mr. Pickrell was a native of Warren County, Georgia and was the son of the late Theo Winston Pickrell and the late Edith Dye Pickrell. In addition to his parents, Mr. Pickrell was preceded in death by his wife, Joanne Cason Pickrell and brother, Robert "Bob" Pickrell. He was retired as an electrician from the IBEW Local # 1579. Mr. Pickrell was an avid outdoorsman.

Survivors include his son, Mark Pickrell; sister-in-law, Lisa Pickrell and grandchildren, Bradley Ryan Pickrell and Amy Marie Pickrell.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., January 1, 2014 at the funeral home.
