Jeremy Eric Hayes Auto Mechanic-Repairman Thomson, Ga. - Jeremy Eric Hayes, 26 of Hallford St. entered into rest November 1, 2009. He was the beloved son of Tina Lewis and Joe Buffington. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, November 5, 2009 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Charles Reese and Gary Palmer officiating. Pallbearers: Rodney Black, Walter David, Matt Palmer, Steven Palmer, and Austin Lanier. Interment will follow at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Mr. Hayes was a native of Thomson, GA. where he worked as an Auto Mechanic and Repairman. He attended Second Chance Independent Church. Survivors include his mother Tina Lewis (Shawn), Thomson; father Joe Buffington, Thomson; brother Adam J. Buffington, Japan; sister Kelly Marie Buffington, Thomson; step-sisters Katie Lewis and Kittie Cross, both of Thomson. Paternal grandparents Robert and Linda Reese, Thomson; and maternal grandparents Gene and Joan Palmer, Thomson. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 until 9 pm at the funeral home.
