Jennie Parks Blackmon

Mrs. Jennie Parks Blackmon, 99 formerly of Kings Way entered into rest on Tuesday, March 17th in Gainesville, Ga. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 20th at 2 p.m. at Hephzibah Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 1p.m. until the hour of the service. Mrs. Blackmon, daughter of the late W.B. and Winnie Murray Parks, was a lifelong resident of Lincoln County. She was a retired seamstress and member of Hephzibah Baptist Church and the Homer Legg OES #535. Her husband, W.T. Blackmon, and sons, W. Milton Blackmon, and Michael E. Blackmon preceded her in death. She is survived by a son, Thomas Elton Blackmon, and wife, Janice of Stone Mountain, Ga. 8 Grandchildren 4 great- grandchildren
