Jeanette Ruth Dozier, 85, Wrightsville, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on January 4, 2023.

She was born in Augusta, Georgia on February 28, 1937, and grew up in Augusta.  Jeanette lived in Mayfield and Warrenton most of her life.  She enjoyed her pets, dogs, flower gardening and was Baptist by faith.  Jeanette loved spending time with her friends and family.

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents, Emmett Wiggins and Alma Rosier Wiggins; her husband William "Bill" Thomas Dozier and her daughter, Joyce Griffith.  Her survivors include her son, Jerome Denton (Carol) of Gibson; her daughter, Jackie Justis (Paul) of Port St. Lucie, Florida; her brothers, Don Wiggins of Warrenton and David Wiggins of Sandersville; her sisters, Faye Cruz of Augusta and Vanessa Weatherford of Augusta; five grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.

Her Funeral Service will be held at Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Road, Thomson, Georgia on Saturday, January 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., with her interment to follow at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens, Thomson, Georgia.  Please visit www.beggsfuneralhome.net to sign the family's personal guestbook.
