Jay Kenton Woodall

Mr. Jay Kenton Woodall,  of  Forest Lake Dr., entered into rest on January 9th at Doctor's Hospital, Augusta. He had just celebrated his 46th birthday on the 3rd of January.

Mr. Woodall, a native of Tampa, Fl., and graduated from Ludowici High School. Following high school, he served in the U.S. Air Force and had been employed by Jimtex in Lincolnton for the past 10 years and was currently serving as maintenance supervisor. He was a member of the Five Shot Hunting Club and American Legion #194. His father, William L. Woodall had passed away just five weeks ago.

Grandchildren: Luke Crump, Gracie Crump, and Colton Crump

Uncle: David Woodall and wife, Sandra

Nieces and Nephews: Kyle Woodall, Hoyt Woodall, Aubree Beal, Shelby Beal, Thomas Beal, Blake Beal

Great- nephew: Jaxson Beal

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 11th at 3 p.m. at American Legion #194. Interment will follow in the Lincolnton City Cemetery.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the funeral at the American Legion.
