Jason Brandon Timmerman, 54, Thomson, Georgia, went to his eternal rest on January 21, 2024.
Jason was born in Asheville, North Carolina, lived most of his life in Thomson, Georgia and is the son of John Preston Timmerman and Ann Campbell Timmerman. He was a 1987 graduate of Thomson High School and played sports, both baseball and football. Jason played on the 1985 State Championship Football Team. After high school, he earned a Technical Accounting Degree and worked an accountant for Two-State Construction, Thomson, Georgia. Jason enjoyed hunting, fishing, kayaking, and acting in school plays. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.
Jason is survived by his parents, Preston Timmerman and Ann Campbell Timmerman; his brother, Leslie Timmerman (Gina); his uncles and aunts, Sidney Campbell (Belinda), Meredith Glenn (Robin) and Nancy Timmerman; his nieces, Tiffany Tanner and Katherine Becton (Trey); his great nephews, Hudson Tanner, Art Becton and Reid Becton and numerous cousins.
A Visitation is being held on Friday, January 26, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Road, Thomson, Georgia. Jason's Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 26, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel, being officiated by Pastor Chip Cranford, with the Interment following at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens with Pastor Rodney Dunaway officiating at the graveside.
