James Willard Vinson

Warrenton, GA – Mr. James Willard Vinson, 68, entered into rest January 20, 2020.

Mr. Vinson was born in Thomson, GA, the son of the late Willard Vinson and the late Effie James Vinson.  He was a self-employed builder/contractor.  Mr. Vinson enjoyed meeting people, making friends, and building projects.  He was a member of Dearing United Methodist Church.  In addition to his parents, Mr. Vinson was predeceased by his son, Lynn Vinson and his sister, Nancy Vinson.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Jackie Vinson, brothers, Alex Vinson of Hiram, GA and David Vinson of Dearing, GA; sister, Jerrett Steiner of PA; and 3 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 27, 2020 in the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dennis Bellamy officiating.  Interment will follow in the Dearing Memorial Cemetery.
