James Hilson

Mitchell, Georgia- Mr. James Lloyd Hilson, 80, of Griffin Chapel Rd. entered into rest March 7, 2017.

Mr. Hilson was a lifelong resident of Glascock County, GA and the son of the late Cecil Hilson and the late Georgia Brown Hilson. He was retired from Thiele Kaolin and was a member of Jordan Chapel Church.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Gladys Chalker Hilson; sons, Don Hilson (Alecia), Steven Hilson; and grandchildren, Zachary Hilson, Mycala Hilson and Isabella Hilson.

Funeral services will be held at 11 o'clock a.m., Saturday, March 11 ^th at Jordan Chapel Church with Rev. David Jones officiating. Interment will follow in the Mitchell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
