Mr. Crook, son of the late Horace Alexander and Lillie Blackburn Crook , was a lifelong resident of Lincoln County. He had served in the U.S. Army during World War II in the Pacific Theater and had retired from McCormick Mill. His brother, Claude Crook and sisters, Laree Crook, and Edna Wellmaker, preceded him in death.
