Irene M. Fulmer Thomson, Georgia- Mrs. Irene M. Fulmer, 68 of Honeysuckle Lane entered into rest February 5, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Faith Baptist Church with Dr. Don Widener officiating. Interment will follow at Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be: Allen Witt, Mike Hood, Steve Tudor, Daran Epps, Tony Burnley and Kevin Burnley. Mrs. Fulmer was born in Glennville, Georgia and lived in McDuffie County, Georgia for many years. She retired as a seamstress from Thomson Company. Mrs. Fulmer was a faithful and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and foster parented over thirteen children. She was also an active member of Faith Baptist Church and member of the Senior Adult Sunday School Class. Survivors include her husband, Elliott "Lonnie" Fulmer, Sr.; daughters, Cindy Nash and husband, Dale, Lonnie Marie Przybysz and husband, Richard; sons, Calvin Fulmer and wife, Julie, Elliott Fulmer (Chasity Newsome); brother, Frank Moneyham; thirteen grandchildren and one great granddaughter. Mrs. Fulmer was preceded in death by a daughter, Judy E. Rachels. Memorials may be made to Faith Baptist Church, 973 Salem Rd., Thomson, GA 30824. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Beggs Funeral Home, Thomson, Georgia is in charge of arrangements.
