Howard Palmer Neal, III, 74, Lincolnton, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on May 2, 2023.

Howard was born in Statesboro, Georgia on December 9, 1948, grew up in Warrenton, Georgia and has lived in Lincoln County since 2021. He earned his bachelor's degree from Georgia Southern University and worked with Milliken & Company for twenty plus years. Howard enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle and loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Neal was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Palmer Neal, Jr. and Betsy Evans Neal. His survivors include his sons, Brad Neal (Julie) and David Neal; brothers, Bobby Neal (Linda); sister, Ellen Fuller (George) and four grandchildren, William Neal, Avery Neal, Sophia Neal and Addilynn Neal.
