Homer Edmond, Jr.

Mr. Homer Edmond, Jr. of Shoreline Dr., Tignall, GA entered into rest on Friday, December 22, 2017 at his residence.

The son of the late William Homer and Ruth Edmond, of Ashland, KY, Homer Edmond Jr., was a retired flooring installer and had lived in Florida before moving to Lincoln County 15 years ago. He was a member of Beulah Baptist Church and his hobbies included fishing and gardening.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Nancy Edmond; son, William Edmond; grandson, Joshua Haas and brother, James (Jim) Edmond.

He is survived by his sons, James Edmond of Tignall, GA; Christopher and Ticie Edmond of Tignall, GA; daughter, Karininia E. and Doug Haas of Winterhaven, Fl.; brother , Gary and Nancy Edmond of Ashland, Ky.; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 3pm at Beulah Baptist Cemetery.
