Herbert Lee "Chicken" Neal
Thomson, GA - Mr. Herbert Lee "Chicken" Neal, 76 of Salem Rd. entered into rest November 12, 2010 at his residence. He was the beloved husband of Ollie Jean Harrell Neal.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 14, 2010 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Revs. Randy Dunaway and Tim Ferrell officiating. Interment will follow in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Neal was a lifelong resident of McDuffie County, Georgia and was the son of the late Thurston Neal and the late Lizzie Ree Holliman Neal. He was the retired owner and operator of Neal's Produce and Moving. Mr. Neal was a Baptist by faith and attended Little Briar Creek Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Ollie Neal; daughter, Leann N. Robinson and husband Dennis of Dearing, GA; sisters, Mary Brooks of Augusta, GA, Margaret Burch of Evans, GA. Adel Williams of Warrenton, GA; grandchildren, Deanna Marie Robinson and Alayna Dee Robinson.
