Helen Young

Mrs. Helen Young, 85 of Hwy 220W.entered into rest on Monday, February 17th at University Hospital, Augusta.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, February 20th at 3p.m. at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church, Washington, Ga. with Rev. Chester "Spud" Beck officiating.

Grandsons will serve as pallbearers and great- grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 1pm. until 2:30p.m. at the funeral home on Thursday prior to the graveside service.

Mrs. Young, daughter of the late George and Ida Mae Turpin Howard, was born in Wilkes County and lived there until moving to Lincoln County almost 47 years ago. She was a homemaker and and attended church faithfully all of her life. Her husband, James Leslie Young, preceded her in death. She enjoyed church, family gatherings and her grandchildren.

She will be greatly missed by her family which includes:
