HELEN COURSEY RETIRED SECRETARY MRS. HELEN WAITS HARPER COURSEY 85 of Hillcrest Dr. Thomson,GA entered into rest December 12, 2007 at her residence. Gravesides services will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 15, 2007 at Resthaven Cemetery in Decatur,GA with Jerry Carpenter officiating. Mrs. Coursey was a native of Warren County,GA but lived in Stone Mountain,GA before moving to Thomson,GA a few years ago. She was the daughter of the late Walter Terrell Harper and the late Matilda Cecile Crawley Harper. Mrs. Coursey was retired from Tingue-Brown and was a member of Allgood United Methodist Church. Survivors include: Nieces: Helen Tyson- Thomson,GA, Cecile Carpenter- Thomson,GA and Allene Callaway-Union Point,GA Nephews: Terry Tyson-McDonough,GA and Walter Tyson-Salt Lake City, Utah Step-daughter: Patsy Long-Houston,TX The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 PM Friday at the funeral home.
