Hazel N. Johnson Warrenton, GA - Mrs. Hazel N. Johnson, 82 of Quaker Rd. entered into rest October 12, 2010 at McDuffie Regional Medical Center. She was the beloved wife of Lynwood Johnson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, October 14, 2010 at Johnson United Methodist Church in Warrenton with Rev. David Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Johnson Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Chad Johnson, J.B. Gardner, Josh Gardner, Clint Johnson, Brian Rabun and Vann Wilson. Mrs. Johnson was a lifelong native of Warren County, Georgia and was the daughter of the late John Daniel Norris and the late Alma Berry Norris. She was a faithful member of Johnson United Methodist Church where she was active with the UMW. Mrs. Johnson also served as a volunteer at Warrenton Health and Rehabilitation. Survivors include her husband of 62 years, Lynwood Johnson; son, Dennis Johnson and wife Gail of Warrenton, GA; daughter, Christy Gardner of Warrenton, GA; sister, Allene Jewell McCord of Camak, GA; grandchildren, Chad Johnson, Chasity Rabun, Clint Johnson, J.B.
