Hoey "Hank" Snyder Carpenter Thomson, GA. - Mr. Hoey "Hank" Miller Snyder, 85, entered into rest March 14, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 16, 2012 in the Chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Rev. Bill South officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery. Mr. Snyder was born in Los Angeles, CA and lived in Thomson since 1981. He was a World War II pilot, a carpenter, and a loving husband and father. Survivors include: step-daughters, Pat Norris, Opal Plyler, Goldie Evans and Teresa Jackson; step-sons, Jimmy Bracewell, Danny Bracewell and Ray Bracewell. Mr. Snyder was preceded in death by his wife Dollie. The family will receive friends from 1 until 2 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
