Thomson, GA-Mrs. Gloria Jean Cranford Williams, 72, of Marshall Church Road entered into rest on May 25, 2015.

Mrs. Williams was born in Norwood, GA to the late Clifford Cranford and the late Ola Mae Cranford. She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in McDuffie County, GA. Mrs. Williams was a former member of Life Outreach. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Donald Lee Williams and granddaughter, Brandi Linzey.

Survivors include daughters, Julia Ann Turner, Teresa Naomi Morris, Priscilla Inez Richardson; brothers, Ronnie Cranford, Jimmy Cranford; sister, Pansy Pearson; 3 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock, p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2015 in the chapel of Beggs Funeral Home with Pastor Gary Little officiating. Interment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be: Gary Youngblood Jr., Edward Richardson III, Thomas Christie, Stanley Williams, Gene Hughes, Jason Powell, Dwight Shelton and Steven Bradley.

The family will receive friends from 7 until 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Beggs Funeral Home, 799 Cobbham Rd., Thomson, Georgia is in charge.
