Gibson, Georgia – Mr. Glenn Dotson, 67,  entered into rest July 11, 2013.

Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock, Saturday, July 13, 2013 in the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Lambert officiating.  Interment will follow in the New Providence Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mr. Dotson was born in Madison, Georgia and was the son of the late James W. Dotson and the late Dessie Mae Dotson. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy, having served his country proudly during Vietnam. Mr. Dotson had been employed at Fort Gordon as a Boiler Operator.

Survivors include his daughters, Angela Johnson and husband, Bryan of Gibson, Alice Gary and husband, Russell of Thomson; sisters Violet Parham of Elberton, Ozell Moss of Madison, Lucille Thomas of Griffin; eight grandchildren, Megan Wood, Hunter Johnson, Emily Johnson, April Tomlinson, Shelby Gary, Kenneth Gary, Sarah Gary and Kelly Gary.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:00 P.M., Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
