Gerald Howard Stevens, 72, Thomson, Georgia, entered into eternal rest on July 13, 2024.

He was born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, grew up in Athens, Pennsylvania and moved to the McDuffie County area in 2023.  Gerald retired from working with Stroehmann Bread Company in New York.  He was also a talented musician, loved the game of golf and was a wonderful artist.

Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, George Edward Stevens and Ethel Margaret Talada Stevens; his brothers, Richard Colburn, Keith Colburn and Thomas Stevens; and his sister, Ginger Deans. His survivors include his sons, Kyle Stevens and Kevin Stevens; his brother Mark Edward Stevens (Kathie); his sisters, Delores Cole and Kathy Shaffer (Lloyd) and numerous nieces and nephews and extended family.
