GAVIN WAYNE BUTTS SALESMAN GAVIN WAYNE BUTTS 25 of Shadowmoor Drive Thomson, GA entered into rest September 08, 2009 in Columbia County, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 12, 2009 at the Beggs Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larron Pilgrim officiating. Interment will follow in Savannah Valley Memorial Gardens. Mr. Butts was born in Russell, Kansas and was a 2002 graduate of Lincoln County High School. He was a salesman with Pool Heating and Air and was also a former police officer for the City of Lincolnton. Survivors include his fiance', Amber Buckner; children, Jayson Myles Buckner and Willow Mae Butts ; parents, Wayne and Donna Butts and sister, Cassandra Jowers, all of Thomson; brothers, Jerry Armstrong, Missouri, Chris Butts, Idaho, Joe Butts, Athens; paternal grandmother, Carolyn June Butts, Thomson; nieces and nephews, Alex Butts, Marie Diaz and Dominic Raye. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Friday at the funeral home.
