Gail Wingate

Mrs. Gail Paul Wingate, 62 of Fisherman's Lane, entered into rest on Sunday, October 19th at GRU Medical Center, Augusta. Mrs. Wingate,  daughter of the late James E. Paul, was a native of Atlanta, had lived in Lincoln County since 1995 and was currently serving as executive comptroller for CAOTTI in McCormick, SC. Survivors: Mother: Mrs. Marion S. Paul, of Tignall Father of her children: Bennie S. Wingate, Sr. Son: Bennie Wingate, Jr and wife, Rachel of Covington Daughter: Amy Wingate and her companion, Eric Miller of Lincolnton Brothers: Mark E. Paul of Forest Park M. Carlton Paul of Jonesboro, Ga Grandchildren: Zachary Wingate and Madison E. Wingate Graveside services will be held on Thursday, October 23rd at 2p.m. at Lincolnton City Cemetery with Rev. Terry Bonds officiating. The family will receive friends from 5pm until 8pm on Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
