Frank Thurmond

Mr. Charles Frank Thurmond, 69 of Lewis Crook Rd., Lincolnton entered into rest on Wednesday, June 1, 2022.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 11am at Anthony Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6pm until 8pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Thurmond, son of the late Hugh and Addie Florence Raffini Thurmond was born on August 22, 1952 in Lincoln County. He had lived in Lincoln County all of his life and was employed by Clark Schwebel for over 20 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Bennie Thurmond and Clark Thurmond and his son, Brian Thurmond.

Survivors include his daughter, Brandy Tischofer and husband Russ of Southington, CT; brother, Billy Thurmond of Hartwell; sister, Linda T. Cox of Lincolnton; grandchildren, Brieonna Wright, Dareius Wright, Kurt Rucker, Billy Bentley, Felicia Thurmond, and Trinity Thurmond.
