Thomson, GA – Mrs. Frances Elaine James, 70, entered into rest December 15, 2019.

Mrs. James, long-time resident of Thomson, was born in Putney, WV, the daughter of the late Elmer Stevens and the late Opal Young Stevens.  She was retired from Bruinswick as a Food and Beverage Manager.  Mrs. James was an avid follower of Fox News and politics.  She enjoyed reading The Bible and was a member of Bethel Baptist Church.  In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Cecil Arnaldo James.

Survivors include her son, Mark James (Christy) of Grovetown, GA and grandchildren, Matthew James, Kyle James, Ben James, and Allyson Raftevold.

A private family gathering will be held.
